David Tay is a former CEO of a leading magazine publishing group in Singapore. He retired in 2006 and continues to influence the society and the world of photography. In 2008, he became the first Asian to be elected to the Board of The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP). He was also appointed as Director of Promotion and Partnership in FIAP.

He is a passionate practitioner and promoter of photographic art. He serves as the President of The Photographic Society of Singapore. In recognition of his services to photographic art, he was recognized in 1982 with the Cultural Medallion award, Signapore's highest recognition in the field of art.

He had organized many international photographic events to promote photography. He has also used photography to raise funds for various causes like cancer treatment, care of elderly people and green environment. His contributions to community were recognized by his appointment as Justice of Peace by the President of Republic of Singapore in 1998. He was also bestowed with Public Service Star award in 2006.

Mohammed Ali Salim is the Secretary and Founding Member of PSA Metropolitan Chapter. He is also serving as the President of New York Photo Association. He served as the PSA PT Star Rating Director for Americas during 2015 and 2016. Born in Bangladesh, he served as the Secretary General of Bangladesh Photographic Society for 3 terms. He regularly serves as the General Chair of the International Salon New York.

He took a formal education from Begart Institute of Photography in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He then took the Professional Photographic Graduation Course from the New York Institute of Photography. He was the first Bangladeshi to receive AFIAP distinction. He then went on to achieve MFIAP which he received in the USA.

He was featured in PSA's Who's Who as a Top North American Exhibitor from 2010 to 2014. He has judged over 125000 images in FIAP/PSA approved international salons. He believes that his child-like curiosity is helping him learn, experiment and grow.

Nils-Erik Jerlemar is the Initiator and Co-founder of the Nordic Society of Photography (Nordiska Förbundet för Fotografi - NFFF) and its President since it started in 2015. He was elected as the President of the National Association of Swedish Photography (Riksförbundet Svensk Fotografi - RSF) in 2013.

Nils-Erik Jerlemar started photography in 1969. He presently lives in Malmö, in the southest part of Sweden. He became a member of the Photographic Society of Malmö in 1972. After a break, due to professional pressures, he started competing again in 2004.

He has chaired over 40 International Digital and Print Exhibitions including over 10 from Photographic Society of Malmö. His photographs have won innumerable number of awards including YPS International Salon.

Mr. Anil Risal Singh is the former President of Federation of Indian Photography and is the President of Lucknow Camera Club. He was the former Head of Photo Division, National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, where he was bestowed with Senior Fellowship.

He was born at Agra, India in 1954, graduated from Lucknow Christian College in 1974, completed post-graduation from Lucknow University in 1976. He then earned a Diploma in Photography from Institute of Science & Technology, Mumbai.

Over the last 45 years, he had won around 250 National & International Awards and had held 20 solo exhibitions in India and 2 in Atlanta, USA. His pictures were also part of the Group Exhibition at Place de Festival, Canes, France. He was awarded Charles Wallace Professional Grant to visit and study photographic collection in different museums in UK.

He had been a Jury member of several National & International Salons of Photography. He has also been teaching photography in many Institutes & Organizations and acted as a guest lecturer / examiner / paper setter for various Indian Universities.

Madhu Sarkar established the National Academy of Photography (NAP) in Kolkata in 2003 to provide a platform for aspiring professional photographers to acquire required skills through intense and innovative methods. He continues to be the Director of NAP and has guided hundreds of aspirants to achieve excellence in various genres of photography.

Ioannis Lykouris has been the Secretary General of Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) since 2012. Prior to that he became a member of the Directory Board of FIAP in 2010 and a year later he assumed additional responsibilities for the Direction of the FIAP Biennial Service.

Ioannis Lykouris was born in Athens, Greece. He studied law at the University of Athens and accomplished his post-graduate studies in Civil and Commercial Law at the University of Paris II (Sorbonne), France. Today, he is working as a lawyer in Piraeus and he is the Deputy Legal Counselor of the Hellenic Post SA.

He took keen interest in photography at a very early age. He signed up as member of the Hellenic Photographic Society when he was just 12 years and thereby became its ever-youngest member. He became a member of the Administrative Council of the society in 1993 and assumed the role of the International Greek Liaison Officer in 1997. He has been the Vice President of the society since 2010.

He likes landscape photography, portrait, and photojournalism and creates slideshows from them with his own music. He is presently working on nude photography creating graphic shapes beyond body forms. He is widely travelled and his photographs have been published in many magazines.

His pictures have won him many awards and won him many honors from various countries. His photographs have been displayed in many exhibitions. He has also held many personal exhibitions in Greece and other countries. He has been a member of jury in many international salons.

Gunther Riehle is a passionate Wildlife Nature photographer with the photography competition virus firmly integrated into his DNA double helix. He has been participating in photography competitions since the age of 18. He is the founder of the German Mega Circuit, the German Open Circuit, the German Southern Circuit, and My Favourite Circuit. He is an engineer for food technology / nutritional sciences by profession.

Gunther Riehle lives in Italy. For nature wildlife photography, he travels mainly to the cold of the Arctic, sub-Antarctic and Antarctic. He has contributed many articles to PSA Journal. His works have been published in leading magazines like UK The Times, Daily Mirror, The Guardian etc. He also regularly teaches photography at the local youth center and has given individual training lessons in Adobe Lightroom.

He has judged over 100 International Salons in every inhabited continent.

Riccardo Busi has been the President of The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) since 2012. Prior to that he was the General Secretary from 2002. He also held leadership positions in the Italian Federation of Photographic Arts (FIAF) and Image sans Frontière (ISF).

He hails from Florence, Italy. He is a doctorate in Political Sciences and Masters in Diplomatic Careers. He worked as a trainer in one of the leading European Insurance Company. He was FIAP World Champion 8 Times and 3 times vice-champion. He has to his credit 434 exhibits in 36 different countries.

He has been a member of jury in 326 international competitions spread across 36 different countries. He has 69 international distinctions apart from the MFIAP distinction that he proudly carries against his name.

Roy Killen is the Australian Membership Director for Photographic Society of America (PSA). He has served on the PSA Board of Directors as International Relationships VP and Membership VP. He lives in Newcastle, Australia and is a life member of the Belmont 16s Photography Club. In 2015 he was awarded the Nature Medallion by the Australian Photographic Society for his contributions to nature photography.

He has been in teaching profession and served in Australia and South Africa. He specializes in developing teaching strategies and has published a book on the topic. He is a passionate Nature Photographer. His favourite hunting ground is South Africa.

He has been participating in International Competitions and has over 8000 acceptances and 600 awards. He has also achieved GMAPS (Grand Masters award, Australian Photographic Society) and APSEM (Australian Photographic Society Exhibitors Medal). He is a frequent judge at club, national and international levels and regularly presents workshops for photography clubs.

Luis Alberto Franke has been a member of the Board of Directors of The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) since 2017. He is also serving as the Director of FIAP Biennial Service and as the FIAP Liaison Officer for Argentina. He is an active member of the Grupo Fotografico Parque, an important photo club of Buenos Aires. He also is an honorary member of Photo Club Elema from Skopje (Macedonia)

He was borne in Argentina and is an Industrial Engineer by profession. His photography shows the natural sceneries, the people and especially they show the rural life of the vast southern farms. His photographic reports of Southern Patagonia, Argentina have won him wide acclaim. He was selected as the "Best of the Best Author" by FIAP in 2012 and 2013.

He has over 15000 acceptances from International Salons and 2000 awards from 60 countries.

Sanjoy Sengupta is presently the Director of Mentor Services at Photographic Society of America. He is an Indian photographer presently living in Muscat, Oman. He is the second Indian to achieve GMPSA back in 2019 and is also the second Indian to achieve GMPSA/Bronze in 2021.

An engineer by profession, photography is a self-taught skill for Sanjoy Sengupta. Combined with his passion for travel, photography provided the right platform to capture people, cuture, architecture and tradition from places in Europe and South East Asia that he visited.

He has over 7000 acceptances from International Salons and 300 awards from 92 countries.

Agatha Anne Bunanta is Vice President, International Relationships at Photographic Society of America (PSA). She is also the Regional Director and Liaison Officer for Indonesia. She also worked on many other committees at PSA. She won many awards of merit from PSA for her services - Intenational Representative of the Year, Fallon Membership Award, PSA Service Award and Presidential Award to name a few. She is also the Chairperson of Indonesia Chapter of Royal Photographic Society. She is also the Founder Director of Art Photography of Indonesia.

She lives in Jakarta, Indionesia. After completing her Masters in Business Administration, she became a business woman.

She has over 3000 acceptances from International Salons and 520 awards. She has been a member of jury for several international salons from over a dozen countries.
