Ms. Ana Joveva, has a Masters in Science and is an Engineer, Architect and Designer. She has managed many projects in constructing public buildings and hospitals for over 20 years. The last 10 years, she was working as consultamt for hospital building projects in Middle East and Europe. She is presently working with Ministry of Health, Macedonia overseeing construction and re-construction of hospitals.
She loves playing Piano in addition to her love for photography. In a professional world of dealing with people and rules, she finds, in Photography, an avenue to express herself. The genres in which she specializes are, Abstract, Still Life and Street Photography and love compiling Travel stories as blogs.
Ms. Ana Joveva is the PSA Exhibition Standards Director for Region 13, North Macedonia. She is a recipient of many awards and nominations for her photographic work.

Mr. Srinivas Bhajanehatti, is fondly referred to as "Dhronacharya" of Wildlife Photographers in Bangalore. He had guided and helped many amateur photographers participate in Salons and win International Distinctions. He was one of the best experts in printing and provided printing services to all the leading photographers of his time. His printing skill in Black and White as well as in Color has helped nearly 32 photographers in achieving 48 various international distinctions. His interest in wildlife and photography started during his high school days in 1976. His father, a professional photographer himself, was his first Guru. Later on when he started learning from Shri. C Rajagopal, his photography and printing skills soared to new heights. Under his guidance and encouragement, shri B Srinivas participated in many salons and won innumerable awards. He achieved his international distinctions from RPS and FIAP at a young age of 35, possibly among the youngest to achieve this honor.
He has to his credit more than 550 acceptances, 50 awards and 46 certificates in National Salons and 196 acceptances, 23 Honorable Mentions, 18 awards in International Salons. He has been a judge for FIAP distinctions continuously from 1990. He was also on the panel of jury of many National and International Salons.
He was part of the team of jury in many Salons, notably the World Cup held in Bangalore in 2014. As photography moved from films and prints to digital, he too moved to the digital world quite late in his carer. At 65, his passion for photography is still burning bright.

Ms. Barbara Schmidt graduated in Adminstrative Sciences and worked for 40 years as a civil servant. She hails from Ruhr area, Germany. She has been on the road with her Fuji XT2 since 2014.
Ms. Barbara is a self-taught photographer. Her interests in photography are varied. She loves photographing everything that arouses her interest. She does not visit places with some specific pictures in mind and comes back with pictures of common subjects presented in her own unique point of view. This approach has helped her beat the stereo-type and come up with unique and successful images. Shapes, lines and colors presented in everyday life interests her.
Genres of interest for Ms. Barbara Schmidt are, Architecture, Landscape, People, Nature, Travel, Street and Animals. She has won many awards and recognitions since 2015. She was the State Photography Champion, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany in 2016. She is a member of Deutscher Verband für Fotografie e.V and has won innumerable awards and acceptances. She also has been a member of jury in many international Salons.

Dr. Barun K Sinha has served as the Honorary Secretary General of The Federation of Indian Photography since 2012. He joined FIP as Life Member in 1977. He became the Secretary for Salon Recognitions in FIP in 1999. He was elected as the Vice President of FIP in 2002 and as President in 2004, 2006 and 2010.
At FIP he is responsible for Salons, Overall Control and Distinctions. He was instrumental in hosting two FIAP Nature World Cups in India in 2010 and 2014. He started affordable FIP Workshops program. Under his leadership, FIP has conducted 45 National as well as 6 International Workshops in the last four years. He also instituted the Photographer of the Year and Youth Photographer of the Year awards at FIP. Under his leadership, FIP has also started conducting National and International Digital & Print Salons since 2014.
His photographic journey started in 1970 with the acquisition of Minolta SLR and since then his passion for photography never subsided. He is the founder of Photographic Association of Bihar. He holds the 8th ranking position in PSA Nature Who-is-who. He has won innumerable awards and had promoted Salons and judged in many all his life.

Ms. Elena McTighe, assumed the role of the President of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) in October 2017. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Vice President (2015-2017); was the Publications Vice President and Managing Editor of the PSA Journal for six years (2007 – 2013); followed by two years as PSA Secretary (2013 – 2015). She was elected an Associate (APSA) in 2009 and a Fellow (FPSA) in 2014.
She has appeared in PSA's Who's Who in Photography from 2006 until the present, many times earning a spot among the top 20 photographers in North America in various divisions. In 2009 she was number 6 in North America in the Electronic Imaging Division. Elena earned her MPSA distinction in 2016.
She is frequently asked to judge PSA-recognized photography exhibitions in the United States and abroad.
In addition to her photography, she has written seventeen feature articles and had two covers published in the PSA Journal. In 2006 she received the Society's Early Achievement and the Region Director of the Year Awards; in 2011 she was awarded the prestigious President's Award, and in 2014 she received the Keaton Award for long-time contributions to the PSA Journal. 2017 brought her a second gold editorial star for the PSA Journal.

Mr. Larry Cowles joined PSA as a member in 1983. He is currently the VP of Publications and Managing Editor of the PSA Journal. Over the years Mr. Cowles has held many offices in camera clubs, local councils, and PSA. He has been the Chair of several exhibitions and is actively involved in PSA as a member of several committees, Director of the Color Projected Image Division (CPID) Tops, Chair of CPID and Editor of the CPID News for the PSA Journal. Larry was given the honor of APSA in 2005 and FPSA in 2010. He earned his PPSA in 2003, his EPSA in 2005, his GMPSA in 2011, and both his GMPSA/B and GMPSA/S in 2015. He earned his GMPSA/G in 2017 and his GMPSA/P in 2018.
His interest in photography started when he was in high school but really started to develop while he was in the military, learning to process black & white images in the base darkroom. Working in the film processing industry for ten years gave him the skills to teach photography and after winning a company photo contest, he was hooked on entering state fairs and local camera store contests and later exhibitions. While he participates in many types of photography, he specializes in portraits. Travel, teaching photography, judging, lecturing, presenting photography programs, and writing for the PSA Journal and other publications has helped Larry to develop his photographic skills and his ability to compete worldwide in photography exhibitions.
Mr. Cowles has been on jury panels of many International Salons.

Mr. Leif Alveen is a Danish (Denmark) photographer with a lifelong interest in taking pictures. After a lengthy break from photography, he got back into it around 10 years ago, and since 2010 he has been a regular participant in international photo competitions, resulting in more than 400 awards from around the globe and has exhibited pictures in more than 80 countries.
He has no set style – it is more a case of going where the image takes him. The subject decides the treatment the picture gets, from very naturalistic to heavily photoshopped. Subjects range just as wide with a tendency towards travel images and semi-long to long exposures.
Mr. Alveen is the former President of the Society of Danish Photography (SDF) and co-founder of the Scandinavian Stella Polaris photo group and the Lanterna Magica small prints exhibition.

Mr. Mohammed Arfan Asif is a Hospital Pharmacist by profession and a photo artist by passion. He was born in Bangalore, India and is presently working in UAE.He is the Chapter Organizer for the Dubai Chapter of The Royal Photographic Society, UK and the Dubai Representative for Image Colleague Society International. Mr. Asif’s contributions to photography includes institution of annual Askary Awards for encouraging young photographers and Mentoring of photo enthusiasts through "Shutter Bugs Creative Forum, Dubai".
Mr. Asif's primary forte are pictorial portraiture and landscapes. He was awarded the distinctions "Artiste" of FIAP (International Federation of Photographic Art) and "Associate" of The RPS (The Royal Photographic Society of UK) in 1994. He achieved the Excellence Platinum distinction of FIAP (EFIAP/p) in 2019 and Master distinction of Photographic Society of America (MPSA) in 2018.
Mr. Asif has exhibited his photographs regularly in International photography salons, exhibitions and galleries for more than three decades and has won many awards including the Grand Prix Award for Photography in Serbia, FIAP Blue Pin, Trierenberg Gold Medal, Al Thani Gold Medal, Benu Sen Memorial Award (Lucknow), the top awards in Lalithakala Academy National exhibitions in Karnataka and Gujarat, Photo of the Year Award in Germany and many PSA, FIAP, GPU, MoL, IUP, Gold medals among the 850+ awards from over 64 countries.
Mr. Asif has lectured, judged International salons and photo contests, presented workshops and has been a columnist for various publications on the art of photography. For his contribution towards the propagation of the art of photography he has been honored with titles from various International photographic organizations.

Mr. Pandula Bandara hails from Delgoda in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. He is a Managing Director of Theme Brand Solutions [ Pvt.] Ltd., a company specializing in the field of advertising. He turned to Photography in 2017 to relieve the stress of running a business and over time it tuned into a passion. Initially, he attended a course run by The Photographic Society of Sri Lanka (PSSL) which gave him a sound base to develop his knowledge of photography.
He is fascinated by all genres of photography and is a firm believer in the old saying "practice makes perfect"! He participated in as many photography field trips, workshops and studio shoots as he could in order to perfect my skills.
He uses Sony cameras and equipment, and had travelled in Sri Lanka and most parts of Asia in order to capture the images which he had entered in many international photographic exhibitions and competitions, including YPS International Salons, as a means of getting feedback on my work. These salons brought him many awards and medals and his pictures were exhibited in many countries.

Mr. Subrata Bysack started photography after joining a Bank in 1984. He completed a diploma in photography from Chhayapath Calcutta in 1990. However, he had to take a 20 year sabbatical from photography due to family circumstances. He returned to photography in 2012 and started participating in International exhibitions and in 7 years he achieved the highest PSA distinction of GMPSA/Platinum. In addition he also achieved "GPU Crown 5", "GPU VIP 5", GAIUP, EFIAP/g and FFIP. He received more than 15000 international acceptances from 85 countries with over 3000 titles and got more than 900 awards from 53 countries with over 390 titles.
Mr. Subrata Bysack is a faculty member of Chhayapath Calcutta for over 20 years and led their Salons in 2014 to 2017. He was recognized with APSA from PSA for his service to photography in 2020. He served as a Jury in more than 250 different international, national and local photographic competitions in India and aboard like Russia, Ireland, Nepal and Sri Lanka. He continues to deliver guest lectures in different Photographic Clubs and Organisations. He keeps mentoring and inspiring many junior and senior photographers to success.

Ms. Susan Cowles joined PSA in Jan 2007. She was awarded the Early Achievement Award in 2009. She has held many positions in PSA including that of Chair of CPID 2011-2012. She started the Individual Portrait Competition and still assists the director. She is currently 1st Vice Chairman of the Pictorial Print Division.
Ms. Susan Cowles has been in the Who's Who box for PID, PPD, PT and Nature. She took and passed the PSA Judging Course and is on the official judge's list for judging. She has judged for clubs, councils, and many International Exhibitions. She teaches an "Available Light Portraiture Class". Ms. Susan Cowles has taught classes to both camera clubs and the PSA Conference. Her favorite thing to take pictures of is portraits. She has over 250 medals which includes approx 100 PSA Gold Medals. Ms. Susan Cowles was honored with an APSA in 2014. She earned her PPSA distinction in 2009, her EPSA in 2014, her MPSA in 2017, and her GMPSA in 2019.

Mr. Parelkar has an industrious career spanning over 35 years of Advertising, Industrial Photography & Corporate Film making. His clientele includes National Geographic Channel, India’s premier advertising agencies such as O & M and Lintas, MNC’s like Mahindra & Mahindra and Larsen & Toubro, and education institutes like National Institutes of Design(NID). He also founded Vineye Photo School, Mumbai through which 5000+ students from all over the globe mastered photography over 17 years.
During his long Photographic Career, Mr. Parelkar had worked with leaders of the industry like Wilas Bhende and Sharad Devare. He had won several awards and laurels during his career. He won Gold Medal from a six month competition held by PSA. He held an one-man Photo Exhibition at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai. He has been invited as Jury Member in several National and International Salons.
Mr. Parelkar was elected to FIP Working Committee from 2005 to 2016.
